ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Turnaround times are estimates. The standard turnaround for small edits is 2-3 business days per image or batch, and 4-5 business days for more complex edits. Larger projects or album designs may take 7-10 business days. I will do my best to complete orders within the estimated timeframe.

RUSH FEE
A rush fee may apply for orders that need to be completed in less than the standard turnaround time. This fee is typically 20% of the total cost of the order and will be added to the invoice before work commences.

EDITED IMAGE STORAGE
Processed files will be stored for 30 days following order completion. You will be notified via email when your order is complete. Any potential order issues must be resolved within this 30-day period.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS
All edits are payable upfront and are non-refundable. An invoice will be provided, which must be paid in full before work commences. If you're not 100% satisfied with your edit the first time, I offer up to two revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions or requests outside the initial brief will be charged separately.

ORDER REDO'S
If there is an issue with an order, a redo must be requested within 10 days of order completion. Redos will be completed within 1-2 business days. Redos are not offered for culling or choice of black-and-white images, as these aspects are subjective.

PRICING
If you send 3 to 5 images requiring simple fixes (e.g., minor blemish removal), the total price is £19 rather than £9 per image. More complex edits will be quoted individually.

EXPECTATIONS & EDITING SUBJECTIVITY
While I’ll always manage expectations and ensure clear communication about what’s achievable with your edit, please remember that editing is subjective, and results may not always align with your exact vision.

REFUSAL OF SERVICES
I reserve the right to decline or cancel services at any time if the terms outlined here do not align with your needs. If these terms don’t work for you, I may not be the right editor for your needs.

AGREEMENT
By making a payment, you agree to these terms and conditions. You will receive an invoice upon order, which must be paid before any work commences.
