A relaxed 30-minute session in or around Llandudno, perfect for little families, toddlers, or capturing a special moment. Before we meet, we’ll connect by email, video call, or phone to help you feel prepared and excited for your shoot. Afterward, you’ll receive a beautiful online gallery with 20 edited images to view, from which you can choose 5 high-resolution digital files with full print rights. If you’d like to keep more, additional images can be purchased individually for £12 each, or in bundles of 5 for £50, 10 for £90, or you can purchase the full gallery for £160.

A relaxed one-hour session at a location you choose within 20 miles of Llandudno, giving us plenty of time for natural portraits and candid family moments. Beforehand, we’ll chat by email, video call, or phone to plan your session and share simple styling tips—like layering or accessories—for easy outfit variety without the need for full changes. After your shoot, you’ll receive a beautiful online gallery of around 30–40 edited images, from which you can choose 15 high-resolution digital files with full print rights. If you’d like to keep more, additional images are available for £12 each, or in bundles of 5 for £50, 10 for £90, or you can purchase the full gallery for £280.

This relaxed 1.5 to 2-hour session gives us time to slow down, explore, and truly capture your family’s story. Perfect for those who want a deeper, more personal experience, we can visit several nearby locations and create a mix of relaxed portraits and spontaneous moments. Beforehand, we’ll connect through a detailed consultation by email, video, or phone, including simple outfit tips like layering and accessories for easy variety. After your session, you’ll receive a gallery of around 50–60 beautifully edited images, with all high-resolution digital files included and full print rights.

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH LARGE FAMILIES?My family sessions are designed for up to 6 people, typically parents and children. However, I'm more than happy to accommodate larger families or groups as well. Please keep in mind that an additional fee of £20 per person will be applicable in such cases. If you're planning a larger group session or gathering, whether it's family-related or not, please reach out to me for a personalised quote. I'll be delighted to provide you with a tailored package that suits your specific needs.

HOW DO WE BOOK?Ready to book your session? Simply visit this link and fill in our form, and I'll personally get back to you within 48 hours to discuss the next steps. To secure your session, I kindly ask that all clients sign a session contract and pay a 50% deposit of your chosen session fee. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, and your date is reserved only once both the contract and deposit are received. HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?Booking a session with us involves a few simple steps to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. To book your session, simply fill out the booking form or send us an email, and choose your preferred package. A 50% deposit of the package price and a signed agreement are required to secure your date. Once booked, we’ll send you our W+R Style Guide and helpful links to guide you through preparing for your shoot with easy styling tips. The remaining balance is due at least three working days before your session. After the shoot, we’ll professionally edit your images and upload them to a private online gallery for you to view and select your final digital images. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?About 10 to 12 days after your shoot, you’ll receive a link to your online gallery where you can choose your favourite images. Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll send you a secure download link with your high-resolution retouched images. If you’d like to add more images, just let us know!

WHAT IF IT'S BAD WEATHER OR ILLNESS ON THE DAY OF OUR SHOOT?Your comfort and convenience are top priorities for us! If bad weather or illness comes our way, don't worry. We're flexible and understanding. I'm more than happy to reschedule your shoot for a better day, taking into account availability. Your family's experience and satisfaction mean everything to us, so we'll work together to find a new date that suits everyone.

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?While I'm based in Llandudno, North Wales, I'm always up for an adventure! Whether it's within the UK or abroad, let's chat about your preferred location. For shoots within a 20-mile radius of Llandudno, travel is covered. Beyond that, it's 45p per mile. For travels over 1.5 hours, accommodation will be needed, and for destination shoots, two nights' accommodation, airfare, and basic living expenses for food and drink are required. Let's make your photo session as seamless and enjoyable as possible, regardless of the distance!
