My family sessions are designed for up to 6 people, typically parents and children. However, I'm more than happy to accommodate larger families or groups as well. Please keep in mind that an additional fee of £20 per person will be applicable in such cases.

To secure your session, I kindly ask that all clients sign a session contract and pay a 50% deposit of your chosen session fee. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, and your date is reserved only once both the contract and deposit are received.

Booking a session with us involves a few simple steps to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

1. To book your session, simply fill out the booking form or send us an email, and choose your preferred package.

2. A 50% deposit of the package price and a signed agreement are required to secure your date.

3. Once booked, we’ll send you our W+R Style Guide and helpful links to guide you through preparing for your shoot with easy styling tips.

4. The remaining balance is due at least three working days before your session.

5. After the shoot, we’ll professionally edit your images and upload them to a private online gallery for you to view and select your final digital images.

If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us.

About 10 to 12 days after your shoot, you’ll receive a link to your online gallery where you can choose your favourite images. Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll send you a secure download link with your high-resolution retouched images. If you’d like to add more images, just let us know!

I don’t do heavy Photoshopping, and here’s why: your photos should look like you. That’s the person worth celebrating. Everyone has little things they don’t love about themselves, and that’s totally normal. The only retouching I'll ever do is light, natural fixes — like softening a breakout or covering up a stubborn pimple.

If there’s something about your body that you're self conscious about, just let me know before the shoot. I’ll use natural posing, flattering angles, and my experience behind the camera to make sure you look and feel your best — without changing who you are.

Your comfort and convenience are top priorities for us! If bad weather or illness comes our way, don't worry.

While I'm based in Llandudno, North Wales, I'm always up for an adventure! Whether it's within the UK or abroad, let's chat about your preferred location.

For shoots within a 20-mile radius of Llandudno, travel is covered. Beyond that, it's 45p per mile.

For travels over 1.5 hours, accommodation will be needed, and for destination shoots, two nights' accommodation, airfare, and basic living expenses for food and drink are required.
