For weddings over 50 miles from Llandudno, Conwy, accommodation for me and my assistant on your wedding day is required. If it's over 100 miles away, accommodation for two nights is needed.

Travel within 20 miles is included in every package. Travel costs for over 20 miles are charged at 45p per mile to and from the venue.

Quotes for destination weddings outside the UK are given separately.

Travel costs like flights, accommodation, or rental cars aren't part of my packages.

A 25% booking fee confirms your booking.

Full payment is due 7 days before the wedding.

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH LARGE FAMILIES?My family sessions are designed for up to 6 people, typically parents and children. However, I'm more than happy to accommodate larger families or groups as well. Please keep in mind that an additional fee of £20 per person will be applicable in such cases. If you're planning a larger group session or gathering, whether it's family-related or not, please reach out to me for a personalised quote. I'll be delighted to provide you with a tailored package that suits your specific needs.

HOW DO WE BOOK?Ready to book your session? Simply visit this link and fill in our form, and I'll personally get back to you within 48 hours to discuss the next steps. To secure your session, I kindly request that all clients sign a session contract and submit the £100 session fee. Please note that bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, and I can only confirm dates once the contract and session fee is received. HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?Booking a session with us involves a few simple steps to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Fill out our booking form or send us an email to discuss your preferred date, time, and location, and we will confirm our availability. To secure your booking, the £100 session fee is required, and the signing of our agreement. You'll receive a W+R Style Guide to walk you through each step leading up to your shoot, offering helpful tips on how to style your clothes and what to wear, ensuring the entire process is enjoyable from start to finish. After your session, we will edit the images and upload them to an online gallery for you to view. You can then choose from one of our three packages: Essential Collection (£160), Premium Collection (£270), or Deluxe Collection (£400). We will send an invoice for the selected package, and upon payment, deliver the high-resolution digital images through a downloadable link in the online gallery. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the 20-mile radius of Llandudno. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?Two to three weeks after your shoot, you'll receive a link to your online gallery and given the option to choose your preferred package/collection. Once we receive payment and you select your images, you can expect to receive your secure download link of high-resolution retouched images within 7 business days via email.

WHAT IF IT'S BAD WEATHER OR ILLNESS ON THE DAY OF OUR SHOOT?Your comfort and convenience are top priorities for us! If bad weather or illness comes our way, don't worry. We're flexible and understanding. I'm more than happy to reschedule your shoot for a better day, taking into account availability. Your family's experience and satisfaction mean everything to us, so we'll work together to find a new date that suits everyone.

ARE YOU INSURED?Absolutely, we are insured, and we also have public liability insurance to provide additional coverage for your peace of mind.

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?While I'm based in Llandudno, North Wales, I'm always up for an adventure! Whether it's within the UK or abroad, let's chat about your preferred location. For shoots within a 20-mile radius of Llandudno, travel is covered. Beyond that, it's 45p per mile. For travels over 1.5 hours, accommodation will be needed, and for destination shoots, two nights' accommodation, airfare, and basic living expenses for food and drink are required. Let's make your photo session as seamless and enjoyable as possible, regardless of the distance!
